All of our formal valuations are compiled in accordance with the current edition of RICS Professional Standards (“the Red Book”) and we carry fully compliant professional indemnity insurance.

Our valuations are always accompanied by a market commentary and supporting advice, so that our clients are able to clearly understand the merits and drawbacks of a particular property and consider the valuation in context.  This is backed by years of practical experience and our first hand knowledge of market conditions, so our clients can always be assured that our advice is accurate, informed and up to date.
