Thanks for your letter dated 20th January. Everything seems to be progressing well, Pat has ceased trading and we have started to clear out the shop. Amazingly she sold all the stock which was a bit of a relief.

Your invoice should be settled by my fund straight after completion, but please let me know if I need to chase it up for you.

In the meantime, thanks for all your efforts in effecting the sale, and for being so much nicer to deal with than the competition…….
