I have only just returned from our few days away in Wales and it was with great relief that I saw that this tedious and protracted lease renewal had finally completed. I think we would still be waiting for the completion monies, had you not written your superbly phrased emails to the tenant which I am sure did finally focus her attention to the importance of completing without further delay!
