Located on the 1st floor, with lift access, the suite currently offers a net internal area of 926 sq ft, but the landlord is prepared to consider dividing this into smaller suites to meet the needs of applicants.
Suites and offices in the business centre are available on Licence agreements with the cost equivalent to £35 per sf ft. This charge includes:
Broadband provided by our fibre line. The MB quota does vary subject to how many staff/ size of unit, but an indicative ratio would be 1MB per person. Additional MBs outside of the inclusive quota are available at a supliment.
The phone facilities are free (including handsets), but calls are chargeable on a monthly basis.
